Microsoft Internet Explorer. Workspeed supports versions 5.5 and higher.

Mozilla Firefox. Workspeed supports versions 3.0.1 and higher.
Workspeed supports limited tenant features such as creating a service request and checking on request status. However, more advanced features are not supported.

Apple Safari. Workspeed supports versions 3.1.2 and higher.

General considerations
|
- Workspeed application is optimized for 1024x768 resolution
- In order for Workspeed application to function properly, pop-ups and cookies must be enabled in the browser
- SSL (Secure Sockets Layers) should be enabled in your browser. For instructions on how to enable it please refer to your browser documentation.
- When using Microsoft Internet Explorer, make sure that your browser is checking for certificate revocation.
